Kozakura, small cherry blossoms pattern is quite common, but this fabric is a bit unique, white based and blue shade Sakura blossoms. 
I combinated Tsumugi tough fabric, this is a slightly thicker comparatively, but very soft. The colour is indigo dyeing shade. Very soft, gentle colour.

The silk sounds naive, but this small one, I always wash by my hand, with shampoo and conditioner. Hopefully you enjoy this lovely scrunchie!
