I made a small pin cushion with a plastic bottle cap and Kimono fabrics.

*Plastic PET bottle cap
*Cardboard
* Cotton 100% fabric (Remnant cloth of a kind of Kimono coat) 
*Padded polyester-cotton with some soap flakes to keep your pins away from rust.
Colour : pinkish purple

Height 1 1/4 inches or so
*Thread card
 1 3/4 inches sides
