I made a pair of coasters from a beatiful Fujiiro pale wisteria purple cotton 100% fabric. Adorable butterlies fly on it. 
The edges are hand-embroidered with a Turkish Oya-style lace, adding an exotic and nomadic touch to the coasters. 

Size : Width 4 inches or sometime a bit less
Materials : Cotton 100% fabrics, 100% cotton lace threads
 
You can wash these coasters, hand-wash would be recommendable. Dry lay flat.
