Banknote And Postage Stamps Museum is where you can enjoy at free. You can see and get to know regarding Japanese banknote's histories and world wide banknotes and also, very lovely postage stamps. From Tokyo station : take JR Keihin-Tohoku (Bound for Omiya / Urawa)
From Shinjuku / Shibuya station
Take JR Saikyo (Bound for Akabane, Omiya , Urawa) to Akabane and transfer to JR Keihin Tohoku (Bound for Isogo/Yokohama)

The museum is located near to Asukayama park, which is located the other side of Ouji station. Askuyama park is the very first park of "Edo"(Tokyo), where Yoshimune , 8th Tokugawa Shogun planted the cherry brossom trees. Also, the Asukayama mountain is registered as "mountain" in Tokyo, but it is the "lowest" one. You can enjoy Shibusawa Eiichi museum too, he was a Japanese business magnate widely known today as the "Father of Japanese capitalism", having introduced Western capitalism to Japan after the Meiji Restoration.
